At PetPawtner, we strive to provide high-quality pet food and supplies. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a Return and Refund policy under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Products – If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

Unopened & Unused Products – You may return unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery. The packaging must be intact.

Perishable Items – Due to the nature of pet food, we do not accept returns on opened food bags, treats, or perishable items for safety reasons.

Non-Refundable Items

1. Opened pet food, treats, and supplements.
2. Products that have been used or tampered with.
3. Discounted or clearance sale items.
4. Personalized or special-order products.

How to Request a Return or Refund?

1. Email us at petpawtner1@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp with your order details.
2. Provide clear images of the product and packaging.
3. Once approved, the return process will be initiated.

Refund Process

1. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item.
2. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
